Considering the uniqueness and little studied health resources of the Jalal-Abad region for the treatment of many diseases and for the purpose of exporting education, exporting medical services, research work is carried out in TSAMMU to study all types of resources not only in the Jalal-Abad region but also in the entire Southern region of Kyrgyzstan.

Export of medical services has become an important strategic goal of many developed countries, such as the USA, Germany, Japan, Israel, etc. Considering the high cost of medical services in the world, the cost of education in Kyrgyzstan will become attractive for citizens of Central Asia and Southeast Asia. However, this does not mean that medical services will be provided only to foreign citizens but also to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR). The conditions have been created in TSAMMU to facilitate the rapid adaptation of foreign students, mastering the language and culture of the Kyrgyz Republic and friendship between the Kyrgyz Republic and their countries.

The University will take an active part and contribute to the development of the socio-economic potential of the Jalal-Abad region, attracting direct foreign investment in the economy of the region.
